The work was everywhere.
Execution lived in one platform, analysis in another, plans in documents, reflection in journals and development conversations in chats or coaching calls.

PRAETIR began as a working group of two trading coaches and ten traders. Together, we collected the parts that existing tools kept separate and turned them into one connected development system.
Two coaches and ten traders challenged the same facts, context, plans, behavior and development history. Their aligned review standard became the logic the AI was trained to work with.
There were tools for execution, statistics, journaling and communication. What was missing was a system that could preserve the complete story of a trader's development and make it reviewable every day.
A good review needs more than a P&L number. It needs the trade, the session, the plan, the journal, the screenshot, the risk decision, the behavior and the development history around it.
Execution lived in one platform, analysis in another, plans in documents, reflection in journals and development conversations in chats or coaching calls.
Traders could see results, but not the complete relationship between a trade, its context, the plan, the behavior behind it and the next development focus.
Two coaches and ten traders compared what repeatedly went missing and assembled the rules, questions, evidence and behavioral context required for a useful review.
We turned the shared review standard into a connected platform where trading days, analytics, journals, plans, community context and SENTINEL AI work together.
The platform was not designed from a theoretical feature list. It grew from real coaching questions, real trading routines and the recurring gaps that appeared when traders tried to understand their own development.
The two coaching perspectives came from German-speaking and English-speaking trading environments. Together, they compared how traders build plans, describe mistakes, respond to pressure and turn feedback into measurable work.
Ten traders contributed different routines, strengths, blind spots and reactions to pressure. Their role was to challenge every assumption and make sure the review system remained useful outside a coaching conversation.
The result was not one person's trading style. It was a common structure for asking better questions about plans, trades, behavior and development.
The coaches translated their shared review framework into SENTINEL AI's review logic. The goal was never to teach an AI to predict markets. It was to teach it what experienced coaching looks for when a trader's plan, evidence, behavior and self-perception are reviewed together.
Style, goals, preferred markets, recurring tendencies and personal development context keep the review specific to the individual trader.
Session windows, approved setups, entry requirements, invalidation, risk limits and no-go rules form the baseline for every comparison.
Entries, exits, size, sequence, timing and the equity path create an objective record of what actually happened during the session.
SENTINEL AI looks for repeated shifts such as rushed re-entry, overtrading, hesitation, rule drift and decision quality changing after wins or losses.
Written reflection and attached screenshots add intent, market structure and self-perception to the execution data instead of sitting beside it.
Reviews remain connected over time so recurring behavior, previous coaching tasks and the current improvement objective do not disappear after one day.
SENTINEL AI connects these questions instead of producing a generic answer from one isolated metric.
PRAETIR is built around four principles that came directly from the founding group's coaching and trading experience.
A review begins with trades, timing, risk, rules, journal context and attached evidence before it reaches a conclusion.
The same action can mean something different for two traders. The trader profile and plan determine what the evidence means.
PRAETIR is designed to improve review quality and decision discipline, not to predict the next market move or provide trade calls.
One trade is a data point. Repeated behavior across trading days is where a meaningful development signal begins to appear.
The trader remains responsible for every market decision, every risk decision and the interpretation of every review.
Clear answers about the people, experience and review framework behind PRAETIR and SENTINEL AI.
PRAETIR was built by a founding working group of two trading coaches and ten traders who combined their coaching frameworks, trading routines and recurring review problems into one connected system.
The review framework was shaped through coaching experience from German-speaking and English-speaking trading environments. That helped remove local jargon and preserve the principles that matter across different traders and routines.
SENTINEL AI's review logic was trained and shaped around trader profiles, trading plans, trade evidence, journals, screenshots, behavior patterns, rule compliance and development history.
No. SENTINEL AI reviews the trader's own evidence and process. It does not execute trades, provide signals, offer financial advice or promise performance results.
