This notice explains how PRAETIR SYSTEMS handles information submitted through praetir.com, especially the Early Access waitlist. It does not replace any separate privacy notice that may apply to a future PRAETIR app account.

Information we collect
When you join the Early Access waitlist, we collect your first name, last name and email address. We may also receive the page path, referrer and campaign parameters connected to that submission. Our infrastructure may process limited technical request data, such as timestamps and network identifiers, to deliver and protect the service.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to record your request, contact you about PRAETIR Early Access, understand which public pages led to a signup and protect the form against abuse. We do not use the waitlist to make automated trading or eligibility decisions.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist records are stored in a protected Supabase database. The public website is built and delivered with Base44 and supporting infrastructure providers. These providers process information only as needed to operate, secure and maintain the website and its connected services.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist information only for as long as it is needed to manage Early Access, maintain a record of your request and meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to remove your waitlist record at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from Early Access updates at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information. We will verify and respond to valid requests under applicable law.
No sale of personal information
PRAETIR does not sell waitlist information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to run the website, when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, security and integrity of PRAETIR and its users.
